Do you stock everything listed in the catalog?
We keep the most in-demand parts on the shelf, but not every single item. If we do not have it, we will source it quickly through our supplier network.
Can I pick up my order the same day?
Yes. If we have it in stock, you can pick it up the same day. We move fast because you need to.
How do I place an order?

Do you deliver?
Right now, we focus on in-store pickup and sourcing, but delivery may be available depending on order size and urgency. Just ask! We are flexible.
Can I return something if it does not fit or work?
Most non-electrical items may be considered for return only if they are unused, complete, in new condition, and in the original undamaged box or packaging. The item and packaging must be in the same condition as when sold and suitable for resale as new. All returns are subject to inspection and may be accepted or denied at Caudill HVAC Supply’s sole discretion. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers must call before bringing an item back.
All electrical and electronic parts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes motors, capacitors, contactors, relays, thermostats, controls, circuit boards, compressors, and other powered components. Customers must verify the model number, serial number, part number, voltage, and specifications before purchasing. Any eligible manufacturer warranty claim is handled separately and is not considered a standard return.
