Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: I’ve been coming in and out of here since 1991. This is one of my home bases.
Interviewer: What’s your favorite part about coming here?
Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: It’s family-oriented. People treat you really well here.
Interviewer: What are some challenges on job sites that they help you with?
Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: They have equipment for every kind of house—older houses, newer houses, especially AC equipment. Anything you need, they have it.
Interviewer: What’s it like coming here compared to big hardware stores?
Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: In a big-name hardware store, people don’t even step up to you to help. Here, everybody’s moving. They come out and get right with it. You don’t stand around—you’ve got to get back on the job.
Interviewer: Do they offer on-site delivery?
Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: If you want it, they’ll bring it to you. That means you don’t have to leave your job, and that’s great.
Interviewer: What would you say to someone on the fence about coming here?
Independent Contractor / Maintenance Services: I’d tell them they’d better go check it out. Don’t have second thoughts. They’re great people. If it’s there, they’ve got it. You’re in the right place.
